Project & Team Managment

I have been specializing in project leading and team management since high school. I started my journey with creative photoshoots and short movie projects. I enjoyed engaging with fellow content creators and collaborating between style and ideas. I then led the managerial & marketing department of zen.archive777 (event organizer/collective) that successfully performed at the largest venues in Yogyakarta including TipTapToe (by Artotel) and Boshe. During my study, I was chosen as the youngest faculty leader. Planned & executed over 20 programs ranging from concerts to workshops, managed budgets of over 100 million rupiahs, overseeing and trained more than 100 members!
